Parent Washington Navel Orange
The Washington Navel Orange was imported into the United States in 1870 from Brazil. These exceptionally delicious, seedless, easy-peeling fruits attracted the attention of citrus growers world-wide. The mostly spherical large fruit, often with a slightly protruded navels, are deep orange in color rind, with flesh color and juicy rich flavor.
