The early White Bush Scallop Squash is one of the best white summer squashes. The bush type plants produce tender fruits that are best when 4 to 6 inches in diameter. This delicious squash has a mild, sweet flavor and a firm, tender texture. Fruits are low in calories and a good source of vitamin A.

Growing Info: 50 days to bloom after germination. After all danger of frost, in a sunny location, sow 5 seeds spaced evenly over a hill 9 to 12 inches tall and 2 feet across.
