Onion - Evergreen Bunching (Organic)
The Evergreen Bunching Onion produce long, thin green stalks (unlike the tubular stalks of chives). The Evergreen Bunching Onion is often used in place of chives. The crispness and mild flavor of this onion variety make it delicious as an appetizer, relish, or for use in salads.

Growing Info: 60 days to mature after germination. Sow 2-3 seeds every 1", keeping rows 12" apart. Thin seedlings to 3" apart when plants are 3" in height. Sow directly in the garden in full sun and well-drained soil, placing 2-3 seeds per inch. Thin to 3 inches apart when plants are 3 inches tall. When onions are pencil thick, begin pulling for table use.
