Cucumber - Garden Sweet Hybrid (Organic)
This Cucumber Garden Sweet Hybrid produce loads of tasty, thin-skinned cucumbers that reach up to 12" in length. Considered a slicing cucumber. Sweet Hybrid Cucumber grows on a vine and is resistant to diseases. Its fruits maintain their crisp texture and sweet flavor even in hot, humid weather.

Growing Info: 60-65 days to mature after germination. Sow Garden Sweet Hybrid Cucumber seeds 4' apart in rows, keeping rows approximately 4' apart. In full sun, sow a few seeds over a hill 12" tall and 2' across in well-draining soil. For smaller gardens, plant alongside a fence or trellis. When plants are 2" tall, thin to 3 cucumber plants per hill. Plant at 3-week intervals up to midsummer for fresh cucumbers all season. Keep fruits picked.
Suggestions: Plant cucumber seeds in warm soil. They need lots of sunshine and water. Keep weeds to a minimum with a straw or leaf mulch.
