Radish - Organic Misato Rose
The radish is a edible root vegetable that was domesticated in Asia. Radishes are grown and consumed throughout the world, being mostly eaten raw as a crunchy salad vegetable with bite. The Misato Rose Fall Radish (Raphanus sativus) is a variety with green and white skin on the root with a rose-n-white flesh interior. Beautiful when sliced or grated for salads. Round roots up to 5 in. Very forgiving crop - unlike many radishes, this one will still bulb properly even if crowded or thinned late.
