Garden Sorrel (Organic)
Common Sorrel or Garden Sorrel (Rumex acetosa) often simply called Sorrel, is a perennial herb that is cultivated as a garden herb or salad vegetable. Sorrel leaves have a tangy taste, notes of citrus or lime can be tasted. Sorrel can be harvested as a baby leaf to be used in green salads, or as mature leaves and cooked like spinach. Best used in soups and stews.

Growing Info: Perennial in zones 4-10. Germination: 70°F, light required, 3-14 days. Transplant or direct seed. Full sun. 36 in. tall. Grow sorrel in a sunny or partially shady spot, in a fertile and moisture-retentive soil.
