Moss Curled Parsley (Petroselinum crispum) has been used to enhance dishes since before 1865. It is a vigorously growing herb plant that produces high yields of dark green tree-like 10" sprigs with uniform heads made of thick curled and wavy leaves - that resemble moss. Parsley makes an attractive garnish and is a natural breath freshener. Moss curled has a milder flavor than flat-leaf Parsley.

Growing Info: 70-85 days. Parsley seed germinates very slowly, requiring 3-4 weeks. Sow seeds in early spring directly into garden, 1/4” deep, and thin to 6-12”. Keep well-watered.
