Broccoli - Sorrento (Organic)
The Sorrento (brassica oleracea) is the quickest Broccoli Raab to mature. Sorrento Broccoli has some of the largest, most uniform green florets in the early category, averaging 3–4 inches across. It grows upright to 30 inches. A choice pick for the early gardener and specialty market grower. Harvest the tender leaves, stems, and unopened flower buds; they have a hearty yet mild broccoli flavor.

Growing Info: 40 / 45 days. A spicier relative of broccoli, used in Italian cooking, quicker to mature. Best planted in spring and for fall. Space closer than regular broccoli, 4-6 in. apart. For multiple harvests, just as the flower buds are starting to open, use knife or hand pruners to harvest the buds and several leaves below them.
