Tokyo Bekana, also known as Small Chinese Cabbage (B. rapa chinensis) is a heirloom variety of Chinese cabbage, native to Japan. Tokyo Bekana is a fast-growing variety of cabbage that can be harvested at multiple stages of maturity, including microgreen, baby leaf, petite leaf, and at full size. Great in salads.
