Collards - Organic Georgia Green
Georgia Green Collards, also known as Georgia Southern, or Creole Collards, (Brassica oleracea) is a traditional southern variety of Collard that is heat and cold tolerant. It is an especially valuable variety of Collard as the plant is resilient and can grow in sandy or poor soil and in places where it is difficult to grow cabbage.

Growing Info: Collards are members of the cabbage family. It is best grown in a spring, fall, or winter. Clip individual leaves before they are 12 inches long as old leaves become tough and stringy. 36 inch tall plants.
