The Purple Beauty Sweet Bell Pepper (capsicum annuum) is one of the best bell pepper varieties grown, preferred by some farmers. Plants are short and wide with medium to large peppers. The fruit start out green, then turn white, before taking on purple stripes that eventually spread across the entire pepper turning it into a deep, rich purple color.
