Celery - Tall Utah (Organic)
The Tall Utah Celery is a disease resistant celery that grows taller than regular celery plants; it can grow to a height of 30 inches. The plant has thick stalks that are sweet and crunchy with medium to dark green leaves. This variety develops strong roots and holds its form and color well.

Growing Info: Sow seeds Spring through Autumn ¼” deep and spaced 1 - 2 inches apart or in seed trays indoors. Keep moist. Transplant outdoors at 2 - 4 leaf stage, spacing 10 inches apart to allow growth. Keep moist. Remove any side shoots forming at base of plant.
