Dill - Bouquet Dill
Dill is a unique perennial herb with a pleasant flavor. The leaves and the seeds are used to season food all over the world. Dill is the member of a large group of flowering herbs and spices which includes caraway, parsley, cumin and fennel. Bouquet Dill (Anethum graveolens) is similar to the Long Island Mammoth Dill but shorter plants with larger flower/seed heads and larger leaves. A choice popular variety for pickling.
